Backup copies of documents allow users to restore copies of those files from an earlier point in time to recover from an event that caused loss of files such as accidentally deleting a document or a fire that destroyed the building.
The 3-2-1 method. Data backup and recovery should include having three copies of data stored on two different types of media (such as hard drives and cloud) and one backup location that is offsite.
LDD does full verified backups (checking the integrity of your data) on a regular basis and provides customers with the reports to prove it.
