David Luft founded LDD Consulting in 2003 after building the early groundwork for the business in the early 2000s. David earned a degree in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems. He is an Apple Certified Technician and holds Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Trainer certifications.

As Founder and CEO, David leads LDD Consulting with a focus on long-term relationships, proactive support, and consistent service quality. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, camping, hiking, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Dina

Dina

Co-owner, CFO

Dina Luft is Co-Owner and CFO of LDD Consulting, and one of the foundational voices behind the company’s culture since it was formally established in 2003. Where David built the technical framework, Dina helped shape something equally important: the expectation that every client interaction should feel personal, clear, and reassuring — especially for those who don’t speak the language of IT.

That philosophy didn’t come from nowhere. Dina understands firsthand the frustration that technology can bring, and she’s always believed that approachability and honest communication matter just as much as technical skill. It’s a standard she helped set early, and one that still runs through everything LDD does.

Before settling in Albuquerque, Dina lived in Texas, Montana, New Jersey, and California. Outside of work, she enjoys watching wildlife in her backyard, listening to music, reading classic literature, and spending time with family. She has a son in Texas, a married daughter in Alabama, and loves every minute of being “Ganya” to her grandchildren.

Isaiah

IT Technician

Isaiah is an IT Technician at LDD, bringing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from New Mexico Tech and a background that bridges both IT support and web development. Before joining LDD, he worked in IT at Presbyterian and has spent years developing his technical skills across multiple disciplines — the kind of range that makes him equally comfortable diagnosing a network issue or thinking through a broader technology problem.

What sets Isaiah apart is his approach to the client relationship. He’s noticed that small businesses often underestimate how central IT is to their daily operations — and that the small, seemingly routine issues are frequently the ones quietly slowing everything down. His instinct when something goes wrong is to understand the problem fully before trying to fix it, working through every potential cause methodically. More than that, he has a knack for helping clients articulate goals they haven’t quite put into words yet — and then helping them get there.

Isaiah grew up on a ranch in Grants, NM. He’ll tell you himself he was never quite cut out for ranch work and made his way to Albuquerque after graduating from New Mexico Tech. Outside of work, he stays active, cooks, and is working on becoming a writer. His go-to is a good seafood boil at Crackin’ Crab, he runs on mochas, and his work style can best be described as energetically adaptive which, for the record, he’d probably just call chaotic.

Hailey

Technical Support

Hailey is a Technical Support Specialist at LDD, helping clients navigate network issues, software problems, and the kind of technical hiccups that can quietly derail a workday. She holds a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on cybersecurity and a CompTIA Network+ certification, with a particular interest in networking and complex troubleshooting.

Before joining LDD, Hailey supported doctors and clinic staff at a medical software company specializing in electronic health record systems — an environment where clear communication isn’t optional. It’s where she developed what clients consistently thank her for: explaining what’s happening in plain language so people feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Hailey is a firm believer that small businesses underestimate the value of proactive IT maintenance. Waiting until something breaks, she’ll tell you, almost always costs more than getting ahead of it.

Originally from Tucson, AZ, Hailey moved to Albuquerque as a teenager and has called it home ever since. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, playing Fortnite, and soaking up the sun when the weather cooperates. Her go-to spot is Drop Cafe, a local favorite where she loves supporting her Palestinian community. And if she weren’t in tech? She’d be an archaeologist — and given how methodically she digs into a technical problem, that tracks.

Shawn

IT Technician

Shawn is an IT Technician at LDD with more than two decades of experience behind him. Though he holds professional IT certifications, Shawn is quick to point out that his most formative training came through his military service — a background that instilled the discipline, focus, and calm under pressure that he brings to every client interaction. Before joining LDD, he worked remotely supporting an IT department for a company based in Oregon, adding remote troubleshooting to an already well-rounded skill set.

At LDD, Shawn provides IT help desk support across a wide range of issues, with a particular focus on hardware and phones. He sees working with small businesses as an opportunity to keep learning rather than getting siloed into one specialty. When something goes wrong, his instinct is to start simple, ruling out the most likely culprits first before working outward — an approach that consistently earns him praise for fast, effective turnaround. For Shawn, great service comes down to two things: quality work and clear communication. He believes every business, regardless of size, should take password security more seriously, and he’s not shy about saying so.

Shawn relocated to Albuquerque from El Paso to be closer to his kids, and the move suits him. He’s become a familiar presence on the team’s online Fortnite sessions, consumes science fiction in every form he can find, and is deep into Manga. Quiet by nature but warm in every interaction, there’s a charm to Shawn that makes sense once you learn he grew up in northeast Florida. The southern accent may be long gone, but the southern warmth stuck around. That, and apparently an endless supply of dad jokes.

IT Technician

Tony is an IT Technician at LDD, supporting clients remotely with more than three decades of hands-on experience behind him. His career spans roles as a Systems Administrator, Information Systems Engineer, and Technical Consultant, and he’s held certifications including MCP, MCSE, MCITP, and an Oracle Certified Associate credential — a résumé that reflects someone who has grown alongside the industry itself.

For Tony, great service is straightforward: be reliable, be responsive, and fix things properly. His approach when something goes wrong is equally no-nonsense — assess the issue, loop in the client, identify the root cause, and resolve it. He values the closeness that comes with supporting small businesses, and he’s candid about what he thinks they get wrong: too many assume that being small means they don’t need to invest in proper equipment and security. Tony knows better.

Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Tony eventually traded the snow for Florida’s sunshine — a trade he has no regrets about. Faith is central to his life, and it shapes the steadiness it brings to everything he does. Outside of the office, he enjoys running and coaches his son in soccer — a sport he’s passionate enough about that he’ll joke, only half-seriously, that he’d have gone pro if he were a little younger. He has a soft spot for Caribbean food, and for what it’s worth, his favorite productivity tool is the command prompt — which tells you everything you need to know about how comfortable he is under the hood.

Tasha

Service Coordinator

Tasha Morgan is LDD’s Service Coordinator, serving as the connective tissue between clients and the technical team. Her role is all about making sure things flow — getting clients in touch with the right technician for their issue, following up on open tickets, and ensuring that every interaction is handled with care. Tasha takes follow-through seriously: for her, great service isn’t just about solving the problem, it’s about making sure the client is happy with the resolution.

Before joining LDD, Tasha spent over 30 years in the optical industry, where she honed her customer service instincts working with doctors’ offices and opticians across the country. That experience taught her something she carries into every client interaction today: when you take the time to build a real relationship, people trust you — and that trust makes all the difference, especially when something goes wrong. Tasha is also a firm believer in cybersecurity awareness, and she sees educating small businesses about digital risk as one of the most important things LDD does.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Tasha has called New Mexico home for the past two years, having previously lived in Las Cruces and Phoenix. Outside of work, she’s an avid reader with a love of thrillers and romance novels — anything that offers a good escape — and has been known to catch an Isotopes game or two, though her heart belongs to the Arizona Diamondbacks. A self-described introvert who brings warmth to every conversation, Tasha will also tell you, without much hesitation, that her dream job would be running a library or bookstore, and yes, she really does have a 17-year-old grandchild. Oh and she recently took home the top prize at a pinball tournament, which apparently surprised everyone except Tasha.

Marketing Specialist

Ginger is LDD’s Marketing Specialist, responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and managing LDD’s online brand presence. Her approach is grounded in something she’s believed for a long time: most small businesses don’t realize how central proactive IT management is to their growth and survival. It’s not just about keeping computers running — it’s about whether your team can work efficiently, productively, and safely in today’s digital environment. Helping businesses understand that — and what’s possible when they do — is what drives her work.

Before joining LDD, Ginger built the early part of her career at Mattel and Vivendi in Marketing, working on Barbie software products for girls. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering. After those years in “Corporate America,” she made a deliberate choice to step away from her career to raise and homeschool her children — now adults — before returning to the workforce at LDD. It’s a path she’s proud of, and one that sharpened the focus and intentionality she brings to her work today.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, Ginger spent years in Los Angeles before returning home, where she lives with her husband. Outside of LDD, she’s most likely on a bike — mountain biking is her favorite obsession — and she stays curious the rest of the time through books, podcasts, documentaries, and films. She skydived for her 30th birthday, which tells you something about how she approaches new challenges. Her go-to productivity tool, she’ll admit without embarrassment, is Claude AI.

Jordan

Marketing Specialist

Jordan came to LDD from the world of competitive cheerleading — which, once you’ve seen her work, makes complete sense. She brings that same energy to brand management: sharp, coordinated, and always making the team look good.

With a degree in Media Communications and Business Administration, she manages LDD’s brand identity, social media, and online presence. Her philosophy is simple: technology should take the “boring” work off your plate so you can focus on what actually matters to your business. She’s a firm believer in automation, and a little baffled that more small businesses haven’t figured out yet just how essential good IT and web services are to survival and growth.

She’s efficient. She’s a problem-solver. And she’s someone who, by nature, takes on more than most people would think to offer.

Outside of LDD, Jordan teaches dance, homeschools her daughter, and serves as a youth pastor at her church — roles that, like her work, are fundamentally about helping people grow into their potential. She runs on coffee from O’Beans, stays up later than she probably should, and somehow makes it all look manageable.

She moved to Albuquerque in 2016 and hasn’t looked back. LDD is glad she landed here.
