In 2000, David Luft left his job at the local utility company to become the founder of LDD Consulting. He earned a degree in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico. He also went on to become an Apple Certified Technician, working on the legendary Apple IIe adjusting drive speeds and soldering memory modules. He then earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from his alma mater. He also earned his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certificate and became a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Now he runs his own successful business with his beautiful wife Dina. Outside of the office, David enjoys working on cars, going camping, hiking and fishing.
Dina Luft has been working with LDD Consulting from its conception in 2000 doing accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and payroll. Before settling down in Albuquerque, she lived in Texas, Montana, New Jersey, and California. She likes watching the wildlife in her backyard, listening to music, and reading classics. She has a son in the Army and a married daughter who lives in Virginia. She is enjoying her new role as Granny to a little girl.
Stephen is a Network Technician with LDD Consulting. He is a rock star when helping our customers solve their technology problems and is passionate about great customer service. Stephen is an Albuquerque native who enjoys watching movies with his wife. He enjoys travelling to see new countries; he recently explored the Philippines. A little-known fact about Stephen is that, in addition to being a great technician, he is also an excellent cook.
Sean is a support technician with LDD Consulting who loves keeping up with the latest technological innovations. Raised in Pennsylvania, his family relocated to New Mexico before he started high school where he was a state champion speech and debater. A passion for communication and problem solving allows him to assist clients effectively. Security is his biggest interest in the world of IT and he is also a cryptocurrency enthusiast. Sean is an avid outdoorsman that loves fishing, camping, and hiking. Additionally, he’s a big sports fan: You can catch Sean cheering on his Kansas City Chiefs or enjoying a UFC event in his free time.
Matthew, born and raised in Albuquerque, is a computer support intern hired through the CNM Apprenticeship Program. He is excited to begin his career in the IT field and loves working to help ensure the success of small businesses. His familiarity with the technological wants and needs of small businesses makes him eager to help find solutions for LDD Consulting’s customers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and perfecting his video game skills.
Martin, the Graphic Designer and Website Project Manager for LDD Web Design, has been doing web design for over twenty years. For the past six years, he has been able to use his expertise to translate the goals of LDD’s clients into successful web strategies. His talents as an artist and illustrator helped him win 3rd place in a contest where his artwork was displayed in the capitol building in Austin, Texas, for three months. He is light-hearted, going by the motto “keep it groovy,” enjoys spending time with his wife and seven children, and playing the bass guitar—in fact, he was the featured artist in the November 2015 issue of Albuquerque Music Underground. His favorite song is Gunslinging Bird by Mingus Big Band. One of his favorite memories is training with his son in one of Okinawa’s oldest standing dojos while on vacation.
Sarah started working for LDD Consulting, Inc. in November 2014. Although she was born and raised in New Mexico, she now works remotely from her home in Lynchburg, VA, helping with marketing. She loves anything DIY, photography, can be found reading about four books at any one time, and her favorite thing to do is spend an afternoon at a coffee shop with her husband and their baby daughter.
